está constituido, desde el 12 de Abril de 2010, por vecinos de municipios de la Zona Norte de Madrid (Alcobendas, San Sebastián de los Reyes, Colmenar,Tres Cantos,….) con inquietudes artísticas contrastadas y que desean promover la existencia de espacios públicos para exposiciones de artistas y creativos locales.
MUY BIEN CARMEN. YA ERA HORA QUE ALGUIEN ESCRIBIERA ALGO EN NUESTRO BLOG. ESTE MEDIO SERIA FENOMENAL PARA QUE TODOS PARTICIPARAMOS CON NUESTROS COMENTARIOS Y FOTOGRAFIAS.
